ABOUT THE COMPANY

Alpha Energy, LLC is a leading developer of community-scale wind energy facilities that help create a sustainable energy future for communities and government. As the prices of traditional fuels has skyrocketed (oil, natural gas, and coal), the demand among consumers for ecologically friendly and economically viable alternatives has increased. As of mid 2008, the prices of crude oil and its related energy products have almost doubled. As such, companies like Alpha Energy have recognized a tremendous opportunity to develop facilities that produce electricity from renewable and infinite sources of energy like wind.

Through community & government partnerships, we provide wind energy infrastructure as a valuable component of existing regional power networks and the renewable energy economy. Alpha Energy’s community scale renewable energy solutions improve power production, grid and cost stability, as well as provide new green jobs to the local economy.  Our primary focus is on wind energy suited to fit within municipalities, harmonized with regional infrastructure and local concerns. The scale of our projects are less intrusive and are quickly deployable effecting immediate real benefits to the grid and environment.

Our current team of company officers and strategic partners are accomplished leaders in the industries they represent. Marcellous Butler and David Murrin founded Alpha Energy in 2005 to develop small to medium size wind energy facilities to address the need created by current environmental, strategic and financial concerns.  Based in Annapolis Maryland, Alpha Energy activities have attracted key players to their board as well as public support on both state and national levels.

Trillacorpe: Construction Partner

Alpha Energy has entered into a Teaming Agreement with Trillacorpe Construction, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), with Trillacorpe as Alpha Energy’s construction partner.

Trillacorpe was recently declared the 2009 Veteran Small Business Champion of the Midwest Region of the United States.  Trillacorpe Construction has also just been named the United States Department of Energy’s single SDVOSB construction protégé of the Los Alamos National Laboratory in the Department of Energy’s mentor-protégé program.  The Los Alamos National Laboratory enhances national security by ensuring the safety and reliability of the U.S. nuclear stockpile, developing technologies to reduce threats from weapons of mass destruction, and solving problems related to energy, environment, infrastructure, health, and global security concerns.

This Alpha / Trillacorpe teaming arrangement provides a very strong developer / construction contractor platform that is expected to open to the Alpha Energy / Trillacorpe Construction team numerous opportunities in the wind energy development field.  Trillacorpe’s SDVOSB governmental preferences, mentor-protégé relationship with the U.S. Department of Energy and the Los Alamos National Laboratory and strong performance track record should greatly enhance the prospect of the Alpha / Trillacorpe team winning multiple wind energy contracts from the Department of Defense and other government agencies nationwide.  The significance of Alpha Energy’s teaming arrangement with Trillacorpe Construction is difficult to overstate.
